North Yorkshire – Jeff Marsden
North Yorkshire Natter has had to be moved to 12th August 2021 owing to the current Covid related restrictions so it really will be “The Glorious 12th”.
Paul Croft is progressing with the plans for the Dales Run on 29th August 2021 full details and an entry form can be found on the MGCC Yorkshire web site at www.mgccyorkshire.co.uk
Some member activities have been officially allowed this month, Keith Beningfield drove his MG TC to 1st in Class at the Barbon Hill Climb on 12th June and a mid field at Harewood Hill Climb on 5th June.
“Team Marsden” were also in race action this time at the Silverstone Circuit on 13th June (son in GTS and me in Libre) both of us finished mid field and lower field respectively. Afraid the time has come where son is quicker than dad!! Included with this input is a photograph of me at Silverstone in my FIA MGB, photo taken by Peter French.
The North Natter will be looking to have our annual BBQ some time in July for vaccinated 2M wide members (no, not that the members are 2M wide, just the now familiar distance apart!!), date yet to be confirmed.
