MENU & BOOKING FORM @ BOTTOM OF PAGE

Dear MG Car Club Yorkshire Centre Members.

I understand that at this time of year you will be concentrating on Christmas, but I would like you to join us at the Bridge Hotel & Spa, for the MG Car Club Yorkshire Centre Annual Awards Lunch, on Sunday 23rd February 2020.

The location is as last year: The Bridge Hotel & Spa, at Walshford, Wetherby, LS22 5HS. Situated between Junctions 46 and 47 off the A1. Chosen so our Yorkshire Members can drive to the venue, in comparative ease and as near central as we can.

For those of you who have not been, the food is excellent, we have our own bar in the Walshford Suite, to the side in the Dining Room.
Access is round the side of the main car park and to the left of the main Reception Desk.
Please arrive around 12:30am, as lunch will be served at 1pm.

The cost will be £21 per head, for a three course meal with tea or coffee and mints after.
There is no need to select your requirements in advance; you choose on the day from the menu below. Wine for your table can be pre-ordered in the bar area on your arrival.

I do hope we can have a good attendance, a chance to get all natters together, providing a great opportunity to get to know others or connect with like-minded MG enthusiasts in the Yorkshire Centre, whilst chatting over a lovely meal and enjoying the tipple of your taste.

All you need to do NOW is send me the names of the people attending along with a cheque payable to MGCC Yorkshire Centre for £21 per head. Also payment can be made via bank transfer, see details after the Menu. If there are any special dietary requirements please let me know by email.

Accommodation is available (B&B); at a cost is £100 for a Room. If you wish to stay, contact the Hotel direct and say you’re attending the MGCC lunch on the 23rd February 2020, so don’t delay.
Please telephone: 01937 580556 or 543305 to confirm your booking. My contact is Marisa Mundy the Sales Manager, who agreed this great discount rate.

This year we will have a new Director from the MG Car Club coming to present the Trophies:
Lorraine Noble-Thompson has taken over from George Wilder.
George will stay on at Kimber House, working on projects, but Lorraine is now our point of contact. Many of you may know her from her superb organising skills, with regard to a number of MG Car Club Caledonian Centre events.

As I mentioned; it would be lovely to get as many people from the Natters to the lunch as possible.
If you have any issues with regard to the Kimber House Head Office, I’m sure Lorraine would like to hear them.

Yes I know the event is on the 23rd February 2020, but time just fly’s by, so please book your place NOW!
I was only discussing with a friend, how next year will be 20 years since the Millennium. Where did those 20 years go!!!
Many thanks.
Kind regards
Colin.

Colin Brear, Chairman MG Car Club Yorkshire Centre and North Yorkshire Natter Leader.
PS Please don’t delay, book your place and room if required now, I’m sure you will enjoy the event.

PPS Sorry if I have not come to your Natter as yet, we are having one of those years!
Miriam’s Knee Replacement of 5 years failed, broke her leg and required a further replacement.
Miriam retired in March, by early May her Mother started with Alzheimer’s which seems to
have taken up our time. A terrible disease!
We will see you in 2020, as soon as we can.
