The May monsoons didn’t deter the hardy folk from attending the South Yorkshire natter and seats were at a premium with the rising numbers of members.
Malcolm gave us a report of recent past events and updated us on the programme for the next three months and it looks like a busy schedule. In June we will be holding our annual Pride of Ownership, competing for the Douglas Cup and hopefully we will have the cup sponsors, Bob and Lynne, with us visiting from their home in New Zealand.
July will feature the “chill” weekend organised by John and Debbie where camping and B&B accommodation is available.
The celebratory cake this time was wedding cake supplied by Jim and Wendy Konstandelos who married in early May. Congratulations to them both.
