July Notes West Yorkshire – David Copeman

The July meeting for the Cockshoot Cup at Donington saw west member James Johnson competing in his MGZR have mixed fortunes with electrical issues causing misfires during his race’s with James having to switch off and then restart the engine he still managed to finish with 4^th and 3^rd positions in his two races and also took the fastest lap.                                                                                                                                                             At our second well attended meeting following lockdown it became apparent that there will be a significant attendance of west members at the Triumph & MG weekend with the majority camping.
