Many thanks to all those who have supported the Lunch in the Country runs this year, I don’t think we have had less than 10 MGs and other classics on the day and more often it has been a good number more, a couple of times that memorable line from “Jaws” has come to mind – we are going to need a bigger pub!
We already have a couple of volunteers for runs next year but, I will stick with my usual request, if you have a favourite pub or know of a good one let Mel and I know.
Tiger Natters are held from 12:00 noon on the first Wednesday of the month at The Tiger Inn, Lairgate, Beverley, HU17 8JG.
