Tiger Natter – June 2017 for Safety Fast August 2017
The natter leader’s decision making reached an all-time high in early June, in place of our normal Wednesday run it was changed to Thursday to avoid a clash with a local car show, Wednesday was a beautiful summer day and of course Thursday was the start of monsoon season. Sorry folks and thanks for resisting the urge to borrow a tin opener and convert my MGA coupe to a roadster.
The run itself to the Goodmanham Arms was planned by Derek and Chris and had it not been for the low cloud and drizzle would have afforded wonderful views of the Wolds, definitely a run to be repeated on a clear day.
We are back to some sort normality in July, on Wednesday 19th we shall be following Ollie’s route from the Cherry Lane Garden Centre (HU17 9RS) to the Coxwold – Ampleforth area.
Tiger Natters are held from 12:00 noon on the first Wednesday of the month at The Tiger Inn, Lairgate, Beverley, HU17 8JG.
