Tiger – Pete Welbourn
First Sunday in March as I write this, a nice sunny day, a bit chilly, so top up on the MGB and a drive out to Sir Greg’s classic car meeting at the Black Swan in Brandesburton.
There were only three MG present, the stand out being Nick Thompson in his “Dick Jacobs Special” see Safety Fast December 2014, a great car, further improved over the winter but still no weather protection.
The stand out car for Mel was a Graber bodied Alvis 3 litre Coupe, apparently the luxury of a good heater and comfy leather seats count for a lot when deciding which car you would like to go home in.
